| In line with our Corporate Vision & Policy, we at Prasol believe that it is essential to inculcate safety culture and consciousness in Health & Environment in every individual of our organization. Hence we are committed to achieve E.H.S. - performance through the following policies.
|

• Abide by & comply with all Acts, Rules & Regulation and other related requirements, to which we subscribe for our Environmental aspects and O.H.S. Hazards.
• Set objectives and targets for prevention of pollution, injuries & ill health.
• Proactively monitor unsafe conditions, unsafe acts & hygiene and promptly report & rectify such conditions.
• Conserve natural resources in particular Energy, Water, Wood & Oil.
• Minimize waste generation & promote ‘Go – Green’ initiative.
• Strengthen the awareness skills & competence of our employees, contractors & suppliers through their on – going training & participation.
• Follow standard working procedures & safety practices with discipline & make each individual accountable for their E.H.S. Performance.
• Periodically review the adequacy, suitability & effectiveness of the E.H.S. System.
• We shall communicate this policy to all our employees & personnel.

| INITIATIVES TAKEN BY PRASOL:

| FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
|
|
• Prasol strives to maintain being a Zero Discharge Facility. We actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers. Prasol has its own Effluent Treatment Program (E.T.P.) & Water Recycling Program.
• Prasol has promoted the Tree Plantation Drive through which it has planted over 100 trees in an around the factory premises.
• Prasol has installed co-generators for the generation of electricity towards its 'Go Green' initiative.

| FOR THE SOCIETY

• Prasol will soon open a training center to provide people in the surrounding villages, a medium, to learn basic skills required in the industry through a series of job oriented vocational courses.
• Prasol supports local schools & educational organizations through charities.

| FOR SAFETY
|
|
• Frequent training on First Aid & Health checks-ups are conducted in our factory premises. Every year National Safety Day is celebrated which is accompanied with different activities in order to increase safety awareness amongst the employees.
• We promote & encourage the use of personal protective equipment.
• For enhancing safety consciousness of employees, different posters and banners related to safety are displayed at relevant locations in the factory.
• Prasol’s premises are equipped with Fully pressurized Fire fighting system.

| SAFETY DAY CELEBRATED

• Prasol concluded its 4th Annual Safety, Health and Environment Awareness Event for its employees at its Khapoli plant on March 4th, 2011.
